We may refuse to accept any returned item if it’s deemed user error. We will not accept any items missing tags, worn, washed, smelling of strong odors, stained by any means (spray tan, make up etc), or covered in animal hair. 
Accessories including purses, shoes, tumblers, jewelry etc are all final sale.
